Three Card Poker - The Hand Rankings

Poker GameAs you deal with three cards here, the hand rankings are somewhat different from the conventional five card hands casino game. It is mainly due to the mathematical probabilities to make certain some hands. The hands are ranked from the highest to the lowest. They are -

High card - A single card value in no sequence. All cards must have a different suit with no duplicates. For a High card hand, the hand must have a Queen or higher card. Example: King of hearts, 7 of Clubs, 3 of Clubs in one hand.

Pair - Two out of three online casino poker cards are of equal rank or value. Example: 10 of Hearts, 10 of Clubs, 3 of clubs in one hand.

Flush - All three cards of same suit, not in sequence. Example: 2, 6 and 7 of Diamonds in one hand.

Straight - All three cards in sequence of mixed and not same suit. Example: 2 of Clubs, 3 of Diamonds and 4 of Spades in one hand.

Three of a Kind—Three cards of one rank. Example: 3 of Clubs, Diamonds and Hearts in one hand.

Straight Flush: All three cards of one suit and in sequence. It is the highest hand in Three Card Poker. Example: Queen of Diamonds, King of Diamonds and Ace of Diamonds.
